Aaron Rollins is the Founder, Executive Chairman, and Chief Investment Officer of Senior Living Conversion Capital, where he leads investment strategy, acquisition analysis, capital structuring, and portfolio direction. With more than 40 years of experience in business, commercial finance, consulting, and real estate investment, he brings extensive expertise in evaluating and structuring complex commercial opportunities.

Beginning his finance career in the early 1980s, Aaron quickly distinguished himself as one of the nation’s top five producers within his first six months. He later founded and led a successful loan brokerage firm specializing in complex commercial financing and innovative capital solutions.

Aaron oversees acquisition sourcing, financial underwriting, market and demographic analysis, return projections, risk assessment, portfolio performance, and exit strategy. His disciplined approach advances the company’s mission of repositioning underperforming hospitality assets into high-quality senior living communities while delivering sustainable long-term value.
