Curtis Boddy
Chief Operating Officer
Curtis Boddy serves as Chief Operating Officer of Senior Living Conversion Capital, bringing more than 40 years of executive leadership, operations management, project oversight, and real estate investment experience. He leads operational strategy and supports the successful execution of the company’s senior housing acquisitions and hotel-conversion projects.
His career includes executive leadership within the Mississippi Military Department, where he directed purchasing, contracting, construction procurement, and property-management operations. He provided oversight of more than $350 million in contracts and $25 million in procurement activities while managing complex construction, facilities, and capital-improvement projects.
Curtis also brings more than 20 years of personal real estate investment experience, including the acquisition, management, and sale of 27 investment properties. A retired Army National Guard First Sergeant with 30 years of distinguished service, he combines disciplined leadership, fiscal accountability, regulatory compliance, and practical operating expertise.
