Daisy Harris

Daisy Harris serves as Executive Vice President of Asset Management for Senior Living Conversion Capital, where she provides strategic leadership for operational performance, occupancy growth, resident satisfaction, and long-term asset value. With more than 10 years of progressive property-management experience, she has worked across multifamily, affordable housing, subsidized senior housing, conventional apartment communities, and senior-care properties.

Throughout her career, Daisy has directed lease-up strategies, occupancy stabilization, budgeting, financial reporting, collections, resident retention, compliance management, capital-improvement coordination, vendor oversight, preventive maintenance, staff supervision, marketing, and day-to-day property operations.

She is experienced in implementing policies and procedures, evaluating property performance, managing operating expenses, and maintaining strong relationships with residents and community partners.

Daisy holds Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) credentials and training in HUD/LIHTC compliance and Enterprise Income Verification (EIV). At SLCC, she oversees operational excellence, occupancy optimization, fiscal accountability, regulatory compliance, and portfolio performance.
