Franklin L. Lassiter, Ph.D., AIA, NCARB

Dr. Franklin Lassiter serves as Chief Development Strategist and Principal Architect, providing architectural and planning leadership for the company’s adaptive-reuse strategy.

With more than 35 years of experience in architecture design, facilities analysis, adaptive reuse, development and strategy for large-scale development, Dr. Lassiter has worked on commercial, hospitality, institutional, and residential projects throughout the United States, the Caribbean, and Africa. Lassiter additionally served as architectural educator in two major Universities where he instructed many students from United States and abroad in the techniques for project development. He applies his ability in hospitality design, facility planning, facility assessment and adaptive reuse to create efficient, functional, and resident-centered environments.
