Attorney KeNosha Whitehead serves as Legal Counsel and Compliance Officer for Senior Living Conversion Capital, providing strategic legal guidance for acquisitions, financing, development, governance, and operations. Her expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contract law, risk management, and organizational leadership supports the company’s legal integrity and disciplined growth.
Before joining SLCC, Attorney Whitehead served as Corporate Legal Counsel and Team Leader in the General Counsel’s Office of Cru, formerly Campus Crusade for Christ. She advised executive leadership and boards of directors on fiduciary responsibilities, entity management, governance, and compliance while collaborating with finance, audit, and risk-management teams.
Her legal career also includes service as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Mississippi Supreme Court and Hinds County Youth Court, along with private-practice experience in real estate, wills and estates, business, family, and civil litigation. She earned her law degree from Mississippi College School of Law and holds a Master of Divinity from Oral Roberts University.
