Dr. Sabrina Edmon Williams is Co-Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Senior Living Conversion Capital, where she leads the company’s mission to reposition underutilized hotels into enhanced senior living communities that address the growing demand for quality housing and care for older adults.
With more than 25 years of real estate investment experience, Williams has developed expertise in residential investing, rental portfolio development, property renovation, mortgage-note investing, asset management, and commercial real estate. She is also an accomplished project-management executive who previously managed a budget exceeding $50 million and more than 20 concurrent projects, including major construction and capital-improvement initiatives.
Her leadership combines strategic planning, budget oversight, compliance, adaptive reuse, operational excellence, and partnership development to deliver sustainable investments and improve quality of life for seniors and the communities they call home.
