Tracy Day, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer of Senior Living Conversion Capital, where she provides strategic financial leadership for the company’s acquisition, development, and operation of enhanced senior living communities. With more than 20 years of experience in accounting, financial management, auditing, budgeting, and organizational leadership, she brings extensive expertise in complex financial operations and sound fiscal strategy.

Her career includes financial leadership supporting organizations responsible for billions of dollars in public assets and appropriations. Her experience includes accounting oversight for the Mississippi Public Employees’ Retirement System, which manages more than $35 billion in retirement assets, and budget leadership connected to the Mississippi Department of Education’s $3 billion annual budget.

At SLCC, Tracy oversees financial strategy, accounting, budgeting, investor reporting, fiscal governance, compliance, procurement, capital planning, risk management, and internal controls.
